Yoga with a Grateful heart!
Here we are, at the beginning. If you haven’t already, download and print out your rainbow star calendar and get ready for your first week’s challenge! I also suggest keeping a yoga journal with documenting and keeping up on your progress with writings, photos, art and expressions for the entirety of the challenge.
Week One, Gratitude!
I invite you to practice this yoga sequence, this morning ritual and a practice of gratitude every day for your first week.
Step One – Morning Ritual
You will need:
- Yoga Mat
- Yoga Journal
- Candle / Incense / Alter
- Affirmation cards or Mantras
- The Rainbow Yogis 30 minute yoga sequence or practice of your own choice.
Step Two – A Daily Yoga Practise
This 30min practise has been design to be accessible to Adult beginners, teens and children, so everyone can get involved. If you have another practise that you prefer over this one, please feel free to do that instead. So long as you’re getting at the least 20mins of yoga a day.
