As the sun begins to shine again and the light within us returns, It’s time to shake off the dust and reenergise ourselves. Spring is a lovely time where we can slowly reintroduce ourselves back out into the world after hibernating for the winter. With no rush, just baby steps back out into the light.
Welcoming back the sun can be an exciting and invigorating time. Reclaiming our energy, awaking our imaginations, our bodies and our hearts. Ready to refresh and reboot! Moving with care and at a pace where you can keep grounded.

From the 1st of September, Rainbow Yogis will be creating a Spring Mindful Yoga challenge for all, including kids and families. This challenge is to coincide with our Follow the Sun Theme we have incorporated in classes. A mindful practise to help us ease our bodies out of the darkness of hibernation and prepare us for the light. Bringing back our energy and detoxifying our bodies from winter illness. Let’s celebrate the return of warmth and our health by encouraging each other as a community to take our first mindful steps back out into the sun!
