Mindful for the Holiday Season

So we are here amongst the joy and excitement of the 12 days of Christmas.

But no matter how you’re celebrating, whether you’re counting down to Diwali, have your happy memories of Hanukkah or still fondly remembering this year’s ‘Eid al-Fitr and ‘Eid al-Adha, remember to stop and breathe.

This time of year can be a mindful and special celebration of life and family, and here at Rainbow Hollow we will be celebrating life and love with you through daily yoga poses and affirmations for the next twelve days! 🙂

For those who observe it, it’s easy to get soaked and sometimes even saturated in the commercial event that has now become Christmas and without even knowing we have forgotten about all the little things that are going on around us and missing the true beauty of togetherness and joy.
