Double Rainbow and Room to Flow.

On the third day of Solstice yoga gave to me….

A double Rainbow and some room to flow!

Todays affirmation:  It is safe to let go and flow.

By going with the flow and allowing yourself to let go of the restraints and controls that we all seem to hold onto this time of year, you will open your heart and raise your overall wellbeing.  Making the room to go with the flow of everyday life and riding the waves gracefully that the universe has provided for you today, will give you some breathing space just to be here in the present moment.

Look at what it is you are really holding onto and give yourself permission to let it go. Even if it is for just one day.

Lets flow like a beautiful double rainbow.

Double Rainbow Pose

Come to kneeling side by side with your little yogi.

Hold hands to connect with each other.

Inhale and lift your outside arms over your heads to hold hands above your head.

Drop your inside hands towards the ground and feel that beautiful side stretch as you both flow, breathe and let go together.

Imagine the beautiful colours of the rainbow lighting your whole body.

Don’t forget to do the other side.
