Cobra snake pose and some nurturing healing vibes.
You may start to neglect yourself during this time of year with all the festivities that are happening around you. This is a crucial time to look after yourself from the inside out. We have more than likely been spoiling or over indulging in foods and excitement, bouncing around with boundless energy that we may soon fall hard and run out of steam.
Fill yourself up with goodness, fresh, organic, super foods, yummy green smoothies, hydrate yourself with coconut water and rest.
Heal your body, mind and heart so you have the strength to enjoy in this exciting season.
Lets heal with Cobra Snake Pose.
Lay down on the ground on your tummy on the earth.Use this time to get some earthing goodness and healing into your body.
Press your palms down into the earth, positioning them under your shoulders.
Squeeze your legs and thigh muscles as you press them and stretch them out behind you.
Inhale leading with your chin raise your heart off the ground in a gentle back bend.
Roll your shoulders down your back.
Exhale come to resting back down on the ground.
