Butterfly Pose and Gratefulness!
Open your heart and say thank you! Fill your day with gratitude.
Let’s really embrace this season and be truly thankful. Look around you and see the light, recognise the love all around you, the people who make you feel whole, your children’s laughter and the gifts of the season. Smile and say thank you without hesitation.
Let’s set our gratitude and thankfulness free like a floating butterfly with Butterfly pose.
Come to sitting on the ground in nature.
Bend your knees and press your feet together.
Sitting tall with your heart open rest your hands on your feet.
As you exhale, slowly lower your knees towards the ground.
Inhale and exhale in time with flapping your knees up and down like wings of a butterfly.
