Wow, what a week!

Rainbow Yogis was invited to join Eco Faerie Cara to do a childrens yoga demonstration on The Couch television program, broadcast nationwide on Foxtel Aurora!

We had such a nervous but fun time being interviewed for Cara’s Talking Green segment and meeting show host Fred Mafrica.

The crew from The Couch were all fantastic, making us feel right at home and our little Rainbow Yogis did such an amazing job!

I was so proud of my little yoga helpers.

Love the idea of washing the Eco Bus. Great way to do limbering and leading into a balance without the kids knowing they are going to do it. They find that they are balancing without realising. This would stop anxiety for those kids who are not good at balances.
